We hope all is well with you and Aihmen. We have now been home for a few days and are still trying to get used to life in Canada again. We want to thank you very much for all of the arrangements which made our tour of Jordan such an unforgettable experience. All of the accommodations, travel and tours worked out excellently and enabled us to enjoy Jordan so much. We want to commend you for your professional planning including the itinerary that you gave us at the start. We were also very appreciative of Aihmen who is an excellent and responsible driver who went out of his way to look after us at all stages. He had to work some long hours for us and he knows every speed bump in Jordan (well, almost every one!) We also found your car to be very comfortable. We will certainly recommend your Company to anyone we hear of that is planning a visit to Jordan.

Gracias por todo. Nos ha encantado!!!!! La ruta muy bien, los hoteles tb muy bien, incluido el campamento. Estaba genial y nos lo pasamos muy bien alli.
Y nuestro conductor genial!!!!! Nos ha tratado como reinas. Con el nos lo hemos pasado muy bien!!!!
Nos va a costar mucho olvidarnos todos los momentos vividos en ese viaje. Ojala podamos volver a coincidir en futuras ocasiones para otros viajes.

El viaje todo muy bien, creo que tenéis muy buena organización y sobre todo muy buen trato con los clientes.
Estamos acostumbrados a viajar por libre y la verdad que con vuestros viajes privados hemos podido saborear el país con todo lujo de detalles y con la comodidad de no tener que conducir y la ventaja de no estar sujetos a horarios.
Los hoteles muy bien, en mi opinión el de Petra muy bueno y la gente muy amable, el campamento de Wadi Rum fantástico!!!
Jordania es un país maravilloso, pero una parte importante es la amabilidad y la hospitalidad de la gente.
Petra te deja sin aliento, Jerash es imponente, el Mar Muerto es una experiencia que creo que nadie puede dejar de experimentar y Wadi Rum sin duda, uno de los desiertos más bellos del mundo.

Hoy ya segundo día de trabajo y algo más centrada quería agradecerte enormemente la organización del viaje.
Ha sido todo fantástico, mejor imposible...
Vuestro recibimiento y compañía el día que llegamos, el maravilloso conductor que nos facilitásteis...
Samir ha sido un encanto con nosotras, nos ha ayudado mucho y hecho compañía. Ha sido un compañero más de viaje y le echaremos mucho de menos.
Es con diferencia el viaje que hasta el momento en vida más me ha gustado y con el que más pena me ha dado que se me terminasen las vacaciones.

No queremos dejar pasar más días sin trasladarte nuestras impresiones sobre el viaje que hemos realizado con vosotros: ha ido todo perfecto, no ha fallado nada, hemos quedado muy muy contentas y por supuesto enganchadas de Jordania y su gente.
Llevamos una semana en Madrid y entre la vorágine de la vuelta al trabajo, organizar cosas y demás, no habíamos podido sentarnos a hacer estas líneas, pero ya no queríamos retrasarlo más.
Nos hemos sentido muy cuidadas en todo momento, primero por parte de Wail (no sé si se escribe así su nombre) nuestro conductor que nos recibió muy bien y por la acogida que especialmente tú nos has dado, el detalle de acompañarnos a buscar el libro, elegir la música, la cena en el centro, cómo nos has orientado y guiado en todo. Comentarte que nuestro conductor nos gustó mucho, es un señor en toda regla, muy discreto e intentando siempre facilitarnos todo; nos gustaría que si es posible le transmitas nuestras opiniones, que aunque intentamos decírselo en inglés, no es igual y que espere email nuestro. De Wail, también te comento que además de conducir de modo seguro y ser eficiente en su gestión, tuvo muchos detalles adicionales con nosotras, esperamos no olvidar los más relevantes: nos tenía una nevera con hielo para enfriar las bebidas en el coche, estaba siempre atento a paradas para hacer nuestras fotos, nos orientaba sobre las cosas importantes, nos coordinó el vuelo en globo sobre Wadi Rum ¡¡¡ qué pasadaaaaa !!!! y nos ponía la música jordana que nos gustaba... seguro que la lista no es exhaustiva, pero da una idea de lo que vale este chico, transmítele por favor todo esto. El conductor que nos recogió en Aqaba también era una persona muy maja, pero estuvimos menos de 24 horas con él y sí te podemos decir que fue muy correcto y que nos sentimos bien.
Samer, la palabra Gracias se queda pequeña para transmitirte, de todo corazón, lo bien acogidas que nos hemos sentido y lo bien que lo hemos pasado, y en esta apreciación el mayor peso lo tiene todo vuestro trabajo y las personas con las que hemos tenido la inmensa suerte de coincidir y que nos han facilitado todo: SHÚKRAN y esperamos volver a vernos, bien aquí o bien en Jordania. He disfrutado mucho de mi estancia en Jordania. Es un país al que me gustaría volver. Me sorprendieron las dimensiones de Jerash, su estado de conservación, la sensación de pasear por allí y poder imaginar fácilmente cómo era la vida de sus habitantes en el pasado. Me gustó sentarme en lo más alto de uno de sus teatros, completamente solo, y sentir que en cualquier momento podían aparecer los actores. Me gustó ver trabajar a los arqueólogos. Hacía calor. Estaban al sol. Trazaban cuadrículas. Cavaban con cuidado y minuciosidad. Pensé que tenían poco que ver con Indiana Jones. Me gustó el Mar Muerto. Pensé que nunca había estado tan lejos del sol y sin embargo el sol lo abrasaba todo. Después de flotar panza arriba, me lancé de cabeza y comprobé que había olvidado leer el apartado de la guía donde previenen contra esto: los ojos me ardían. No me importa haberme equivodado, al contrario: ahora sé lo que se siente al remojar los ojos en sal y además es la anécdota del viaje que más hace reír a mis amigos. Por lo demás, mi miopía no ha mejorado. Me maravilló Petra. Mucho más grande de lo que había imaginado. Me gustó la ascensión al Lugar Alto del Sacrificio y las vistas desde allí. Me gustó llegar hasta el Monasterio, entrar en él, subir a los cerros de alrededor y contemplar las vistas hacia las montañas desérticas. Me gustó entrar y salir de las tumbas, subir y bajar por las rocas rojas, ver a la gente fotografiándose ante el Tesoro, contemplar cómo el viento del atardecer levantaba una fina nube de polvo que dejaba Petra, detrás de mí, como envuelta en la niebla. Pensé que debía volver, quizá un otoño, y encontrar más recovecos en Petra. Me gustó el Wadi Rum. Las montañas emergiendo de la arena roja. Me hubiese gustado ver algunos escaladores en ellas. Quizá otra vez. Me hubiese gustado ver una caravana de camellos como la que aparecía dibujada en las pinturas rupestres. Pero vi una caravana de vehículos todo terreno, todos con sus tolditos para proteger del sol a los viajeros, y también me gustó. Pensé que son las nuevas caravanas que mueven la economía e intercambian ideas y sensaciones. Me gustó pasear por Ammán. El mercado. Todos esos colores. La gente, tan educada y tan hospitalaria. Y esto fue lo que más me gustó: tomar un refresco en la terraza de un bar con vistas a la calle y después cenar con Samer, Olalla, Victoria, Ismael y Germán en un bar muy concurrido. Tomar humus. Me encanta el humus. Ensaladas, pollo, ese pan...He disfrutado mucho de la comida en Jordania. Charlar y comer, dos grandes placeres. También me gustó cenar con la gente del Cervantes y ver cantar y bailar a los que participaban en un banquete de boda. No se me olvida la cara de felicidad de los novios. Ella era guapísima y él parecía flotar en una nube. Fue una bonita imagen para acabar el viaje.

hemos pasado una semana visitando Jordania, y organizamos la ruta a nuestro gusto con Jordan Customized, todo perfecto, tuvimos un chofer para nosotros solos, que nos acompaño toda la semana, parando en cada sitio el tiempo que nosotros queriamos y cuando queriamos, servicio de primera a precio de tercera, el viajo nos salio como un paquete de los que venden aquí de oferta, pero que siempre al final salen extras que no contabas, vas con un montón de gente y con un guia que suelen ir a "su bola" perdiendo un montón de tiempo esperando a los demás, y llevandote a tiendas para que compres cosas que no te interesan.

Hola Olalla y Samer un saludo desde Logroño que puedo deciros del viaje que ha sido inolvidable y perfecto. El conductor no pude ser mejor. Tengo claro que si vuelvo otra vez volveré a elegiros a vosotros porque sois una agencia profesional y sinceramente el precio- calidad es perfecto. Espero volver a veros pronto ya que Jordania hipnotiza a todo el que va. Y no solo existe Petra te puede sorprender Jerash, los castillos.
Por falta de tiempo no pudimos ver Aqaba ni Amman como nos hubiera gustado así que nos volveremos a ver el próximo viaje.

Estimada Olalla: te me has adelantado pero me ha gustado mucho. Pensaba escribirte hoy, una vez instalados. El viaje fue de chapeau. Todo perfecto. Nos ha encantado el wadi rum, Jerash y por supuesto petra. Pero es que aqaba fue magnifico porque veniamos del desierto y por el hotel. La organizacion perfecta. Tuvimos dos pequeños problemas de los que no sois responsables. El caos del aeropuerto del dia de regreso y el hotel de petra que no tenia habitaciones. Con todo, el viaje fue magnifico y muy recomendable. En cuanto a vuestra organizacion el mejor elogio que dire es que a quien me pregunte le recomendare que vaya con vosotros. Si venis por Segovia, por supuesto, avisadnos. Nos encantare volveros a saludar.

Que tal Samer y Olalla ya estamos en casa empezando a organizar nuestro modo de vida de nuevo .
Lo primero es que nos lo hemos pasado fenomenal y todo ha transcurrido como estaba planeado además de ser mas sorprendente el viaje de lo que esperábamos y no se puede decir que nos sorprendamos con cualquier cosa . Sabemos que hemos quedado mucho por ver y será para otra ocasión pues volveremos, pero el día en el desierto no se puede dejar atrás es espectacular.
Walid (el conductor) compenso su español magro con su bonhomía y su dedicación para que todo saliera bien además de ser muy buen conductor en un país donde se conduce un poco a la remanguillé. Tengo que resaltar la rapidez en organizar el viaje y la excelente relación calidad precio que nos disteis. No debéis olvidar que nos disteis palabra de venir a visitarnos cuando vengáis a España.

voilà quelques jours que nous sommes rentrés en France pour y trouver un temps tout aussi froid qu'à Amman. Aujourd'hui il a même commencé à neiger. Brrrrrrr!!! Mais en fait, je ne t'écris pas pour parler du temps. C'est plutôt pour te remercier pour cette merveilleuse semaine que tu nous a fait passer. Je suis absolument ravie de mon voyage et j'ai très envie, et ceci depuis longtemps, de visiter d'autre pays du proche et moyen Orient.
Je pense que tout mes collègues seraient d'accord avec moi si je dis que tu as été un guide formidable avec toujours une réponse à tout et c'est avec amour et passion que tu nous as fait découvrir la Jordanie. Personnellement j'aurais aimé passer au moins 2 ou 3 jours á Petra, mais lorsqu'on voyage comme ça en groupe on ne fait pas ce qu'on veut. Ce n'est pas grave. Dommage seulement qu'il a fait si froid.
Si jamais tu passes à Lyon, n'oublie pas de nous faire signe.

We wanted to let you know that we had a great holiday!
We really enjoyed Jordan - it is an amazing place with lots of beautiful spots and great people.
Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and open. Of course it helped to have Ayman as a guide and interpreter - knowing where to go and introducing us to places and people.
I especially enjoyed Jerash, the walk in the Mujib Reserve, our whole stay in the Dana Nature reserve and the drive and Camp in Wadi Rum.
While I really enjoyed Petra, there is certainly a lot more to see and do in Jordan!
The itinerary you put together for us was very good and just the right mixture of things. I would not have wanted to miss the walks
and the nature reserves.
We also enjoyed the relaxing days at the end in Aquaba - as you promised we did have a great time at the M?venpick.
So thank you for organizing a great holiday for us!
We would also like to say how much we enjoyed having Ayman as a driver.
Not only is he a very good and careful driver - he is also great company and helped make the holiday more enjoyable. I would also like to thank him for his help when I was sick and had to go to the hospital - he certainly took good care of us!
I will send some photographs when we have managed to sort through all the pictures we have taken.

I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I enjoyed my trip to Jordan. Everything you organized was perfect. The driver, also Mohammed, was a great pleasure to be with. His English was perfect and his conversation during the week really made the trip special. The Bait Ali camp was an experience I will never forget. To sit around the campfire under the desert stars talking with other visitors and residents of Jordan was the experience of a lifetime. Wadi Rum was amazing, your Bedouin driver, Amjed, provided us with a truly memorable experience. He related stories of the filming of Lawrence of Arabia and his life in the Wadi Rum area. The traditional meal he prepared for us in the desert was very special. He knew the desert like the back of his hand. Wadi Rum is certainly one of the most beautiful places I have traveled.
The trip to Petra was stunning. It is impossible to do justice to it with photographs. I went to the site very early in the morning (6 am).
At that time, the weather was cool and there were almost no other people. The walk up to the Monastery was tiring but definitely worth it. The views from there were amazing. And to wrap things up, our trip to Jerash was an eye opener for me. I had heard of the Roman city there, but had no idea of the size and excellent state of preservation.
As I mentioned to you, I look forward to coming back to Jordan soon with my grandsons. I'm sure they will enjoy this beautiful country as much as I did. Thanks again for everything.

Thank you so very much for organizing such a wonderful holiday for us in Jordan. My mother and I had the most fantastic time. Everything was perfect. The Jordanians definitely know how to welcome people to their country!! Everyone at the hotels, airport, checkpoints, shop keepers, was so warm and friendly and could not do enough to help us. The weather was lovely too. We were very sad to leave.
Our driver Mohammed was absolutely wonderful. We could not fault him on anything. He was so incredibly thoughtful, patient, kind, helpful, considerate, funny, always punctual and anticipated our every need.... simply perfect. My Mother was particularly grateful to him when he lent her his torch at the Bedouin camp as she hates sleeping in the pitch dark! I also have a fantastic picture of him dancing round the camp fire!! I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to do a tour of Jordan and would definitely request he be our driver when I return with my husband. He was a fantastic ambassador for your company and a model employee. I miss him now I am back in London and have to drive my own car and use the public transport (which is not that great) so I wish he was here.

As promised, I am writing to let you know we have returned safely. We had a wonderful time in Jordan, in part because of the stunning weather we were blessed with. Of course, the real success came from the service of your company. All of the hotels you arranged were beyond our expectation and Jamal was a terrific driver and guide. We accomplished all that we hoped to do. Jordan is a beautiful country. We had a terrific experience in Jordan, and I will have no problem recommending your company to my friends and colleagues. Dear Mr. Mohammed,
My wife and I have arrived back in Kuwait, after a fabulous trip through Jordan under the good guidance of Omar.
Like I said we really enjoyed the plan you had laid out for us to see your country. All the places we visited were worth the stop. Some we were more interested in than others, but overall our mood was such that we felt bad that we had to get back on the plane and leave your beautiful country. Both my wife and I agreed that Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum were the highlights of the trip, but that was to be expected, but some of the others were also spectacular. The crossings of both the deep canyons (Wadis) on our way from Madaba to Petra were for me as a geologist a special delight and I couldn't stop looking at all those beautiful rock outcrops all over those canyons. Also the stop at Little Petra was a highlight for us, because we hadn't expected to see something like that that day and also the treatment we received there from the local guard was special.
I can go on and on, but I won't bore you with more details. You did a magnificent job with laying out this trip for us, even though it was your standard, but I also think that having Omar as our guide and driver has added to the enjoyment of our Jordan experience. I will recommend you to everybody interested in doing a similar trip, because I was and still am very enthusiastic about what we got to see and do. The fact that we did not have the opportunity to undergo the sensation of lying in the salty waters of the Dead Sea (too windy for bathing on the rocky shore) did not take away from enjoying all you had planned for us.
Thank you so much for all. You have no idea how wonderful a feeling it was for us to be picked up at the airport like you had set it up for us. Planning a trip like this over the Internet always can be a little risky, but I had a good feeling about it when dealing with you, and sure enough you came through with flying colors.
